Thank you Connie!!!
Well, my blog is still under construction, but thanks to Connie and her endless patience with my kazillion questions, I am learning. I am not completely happy with the design and color choices, so I will probably change it a few more times until I am happy. My biggest problem is that I can't seem to get the header to fit properly. But it is late and my eyes are bugging out of my head from sitting at the computer all night! :D Maybe tomorrow. . .

I think you are doing great. If you want the header different as far as like I have it floating in the middle we can take padding away and we can make it just a bit wider but I gave you this template to work with because it really is simplest. I will play around with my test blog tomorrow and get you some measurements for an exact fit if you aren't happy with it floating like this.
